The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist department managers and team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Conduct research and collect data to support decision-making processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance processes and operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to expand your knowledge.
Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling, filing, and organizing documents.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Promote Knutson Construction through community involvement and deliver The Knutson Experience.
Respond to and complete all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in a team environment.
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
Knowledge of and proficient in the use of personal computers and related Microsoft software.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships including the ability to initiative a productive verbal conversation with others.
Strong skills in time management, ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, working with multiple demands with strong attention to details.
Ability to travel to and within project sites.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
