Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus (as noted under Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in IT governance, financial management, audit, risk, or compliance roles
  • Strong expertise in IT budgeting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance (SOX)
  • Experience working with auditors and senior executives
Responsibilities
  • Define and continuously improve IT governance frameworks across the full lifecycle of technology initiatives
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and decision-making structures
  • Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives, including risk management activities
  • Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring, identifying optimization opportunities
  • Manage SOX compliance, including internal controls, audit coordination, and remediation activities
  • Act as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, finance, and audit teams, promoting a strong control culture
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CIA, CPA) are preferred
