  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, information systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial systems, accounting operations, business analytics, and/or hospitality finance is required.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, including predictive analytics and data mining, is required.
  • Knowledge of financial systems administration, data integration, application programming interface configuration, accounting and financial reporting workflows, process automation, and systems optimization is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources is required.
  • The ability to drive organizational change, manage stakeholder expectations, and align operational workflows with financial reporting structures is required.
  • The ability to provide guidance on financial system usage, data governance, reporting consistency, system training, and reporting tools is required.
  • The ability to stand, walk, or remain on one's feet for extended periods, with occasional kneeling and bending, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with or lead financial system configuration and onboarding for new properties and business lines.
  • Coordinate credit card merchant accounts and payment processor setup with vendors.
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining consistency across core operational and financial platforms for new properties.
  • Establish revenue mapping, point-of-sale item categories, and financial integration logic to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate setup of payment types and cross-business package configurations.
  • Ensure accurate integration of operational data into enterprise financial systems.
  • Maintain data governance standards to ensure financial reporting accuracy across systems and platforms.
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance and Information Technology teams to ensure operational transactions are appropriately mapped and reported within the financial structure.
  • Manage financial and operational platform relationships.
  • Coordinate system configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with banking and know-your-customer requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting, system optimization, and implementation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and remove operational friction points.
  • Partner with Accounting Operations and Finance teams to implement scalable process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Develop templates and workflows that support operational and financial processes.
  • Support operational leaders with system configuration, financial reporting capabilities, and data transparency.
  • Provide system training and guidance to operational teams to ensure consistent use of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Occasionally travel as necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning and financial reporting platforms such as JDE, ProfitSword, property management systems, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-property or multi-business-unit environments is highly desirable.

She will report directly to President and Chief Operating Officer, Tom Braun. Jacobi joins the Galaxy with more than 15 years of experience driving customer engagement and revenue growth across premium hospitality, resorts, and lifestyle brands. She will lead the Club's creative and marketing organization with a mandate centered on performance, insight, and connecting with new and existing fans in more meaningful ways. Most recently, Jacobi served as Vice President of Marketing, Digital & E-Commerce at Aspen One, where she oversaw digital marketing for Aspen Snowmass and a portfolio of global lifestyle brands. In that role, she led performance marketing, e-commerce strategy, and guest experience initiatives, helping modernize how the organization engaged with audiences across platforms and touchpoints.
