  • 10+ years of Total Rewards leadership experience at public, multinational companies
  • Strong track record of building, leading and mentoring a diverse and high performing team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Proficiency with functionality and workflows in Human Capital Management platforms, including Workday
  • Sound knowledge of the regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits programs (FLSA, Sec 125, 409A, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Experience with compensation and benefits design (job architecture, benchmarking, market pricing, pay ranges) and execution across multiple states or geographies
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Masters preferred)
  • Lead the design and administration of market-based compensation programs and processes
  • Define the benefits and wellness offerings, addressing the type and level of benefits Porch should provide considering competitive standards, cost, liability, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage relationships with external parties such as benefits brokers, retirement plan advisors, compensation consulting partners, and other service providers
  • Develop communication materials and lead training to educate the team on company compensation philosophies and programs
  • Prepare materials for Board of Director’s compensation committee meetings and participate in meetings as required
