Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards leadership experience at public, multinational companies.
  • Strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Capital Management platforms, including Workday.
  • Sound knowledge of regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits design and execution across multiple states or geographies.
  • An advanced degree (MBA, Masters preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Porch's Total Rewards program to enhance team members’ productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide strategic insights into competitor and industry practices, conducting cost impact/effectiveness analyses, and making actionable recommendations to the executive team.
  • Manage relationships with external parties such as benefits brokers, retirement plan advisors, compensation consulting partners, and other service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop and integrate policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop communication materials and lead training initiatives to educate the team on company compensation philosophies and programs.
  • Provide support for sales incentives, executive compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure Porch maintains career ladders, pay transparency, and pay equity across all roles.
  • Strategize with the Talent Acquisition team to create competitive offers aligned with market data and our compensation philosophy for both new hires and existing employees.
  • Prepare materials for Board of Director’s compensation committee meetings and actively participate as required.
