Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and refining SOPs to ensure recruitment processes are streamlined and effective.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support early talent hiring initiatives.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts and contribute to crafting compelling job postings.
  • Support pre-onboarding activities and gain insights into the post-hiring process.
  • Utilize and refine Excel skills to track recruitment metrics and build insightful reports.
  • Engage in team meetings to understand talent strategies, including early career recruitment trends.
  • Potentially assist in sourcing candidates for key early talent roles as part of the learning experience.
