Requirements
  • 10+ years' relevant experience in strategy, operations, finance, management consulting, or a similar role (SaaS experience a must, but need not be for all of those years)
  • Experience supporting revenue teams
  • Experience managing cross functional complex projects end-to-end; from inception to design to execution
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple parallel projects
  • Track record of results in fast-moving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
Responsibilities
  • Calendly is looking for a Head of Sales Programs, who will play a key role in Calendly's growth. This role will help collaborate and drive strategy and execution for key cross functional projects across the Sales organization. This will be a leadership role within the Revenue Operations team and provide strategic support to the Go To Market leaders
  • Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader with the ability to manage large cross functional deliverables. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving outcomes that will have a positive impact to Calendly's revenue
