Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain internal business operations data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing insights into business performance.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and client engagement, to gather data requirements and align on operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven solutions, recommending changes to workflows and processes as needed.
  • Prepare and present data findings and strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Operations and other senior leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Support various projects related to data analysis and operational enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
