Requirements
  • Significant experience in the medical device industry including proven track record in product management
  • Experience in training/coaching and/or matricial/horizontal management
  • Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting
  • Demand forecasting and distribution channel management
  • Qualifications: Science or business graduate with product management and/or marketing/sales experience in the same area
Responsibilities
  • Define the strategy for new product development based on competitive analysis, commercial feedback, markets data, KOL input
  • Follow up/participate in all phases of new product development
  • Participate in calls and meetings with US Global R&D teams
  • Provide technical knowledge and project management expertise to project programs to ensure proper focus and advancement
  • Interpret and elaborate design goals into measurable design input and output with team members
  • Act as product expert during complete product design and product transfer phase for new products
  • Organize focus groups, advisory boards, product tests in feedback sessions before and during development (field product testing/validation)
  • Cross-function coordination with Regulatory team to ensure local registrations on time and prioritize countries
  • Work daily with Supply team on forecasting topics for new products
  • Work with sales analysts to evaluate sales trends (Power BI)
  • Coordinate and prepare new product launches with international marketing team
  • Provide regular updates to International Marketing on development status and potential changes
  • Deliver training to the marketing team
  • Provide material and content to Marketing and support product positioning, pricing, branding, and training packages for the International trainer manager
  • Manage new product introductions – pre-launch and launch planning; initiate, monitor and coordinate initial phase of product launches and provide customer feedback to Development Group
  • Define product needs and propose strategies and design requirements based on customer/markets' needs
  • KOL identification, mapping and development
  • Collaborate with clinical and medical groups for pre and post launch studies
  • Participate in international congresses, symposiums, and customer events
