Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sponsorship management in a live/virtual event setting
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally
  • Creative mind-set with exceptional attention to detail and great organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent client services experience – comfortable interacting with high-level executives
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively across functions and departments
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
  • You will assume responsibility for the client experience upon confirmation of the sponsorship sale through to onsite execution and post-event wrap up for clients, often times working consecutive years with the same clients as they renew partnerships
  • In your role, you are representing sales as you work with clients, and you are the primary liaison between the sponsor and the programming/production team
  • Ensure all client contract benefits are successfully delivered, working with client, your sales representative and the conference production internal teams to fulfill benefits properly and on time
  • Ability to think strategically, grasping client key messages and priorities, enabling tailored and effective support
  • Maintaining a clear and consistent dialogue with the sales representative to make sure the communication with clients meets their expectations
  • Handle event registrations and communications with client executives and non-executives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and their concerns in a timeline manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client benefits and expectations
  • Develop/enhance and execute custom activation as outlined in contract
  • Provide internal updates via weekly status report
  • Dedicated onsite point person for client executives, ensuring all expectations are met
  • Communicate on behalf of client executives, as needed
  • Assist with client executives’ scheduling, including booking meetings
  • Manage all client-related on-site programs and deliverables
  • Manage on-site client relations
  • Ensure client executives’ experiences as speakers and/or participants are positive
  • Support overall Fortune Conferences sales team onsite as needed
  • Conduct post event reviews with client and sales
  • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for renewing or upselling additional services to enhance client experiences
