  • Enrollment in a graduate degree-seeking program at the University of Arkansas, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and prioritize.
  • Ability to multitask and think critically and logically.
  • Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance and the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Support career pathing initiatives that help employees understand growth opportunities, identify skill and competency expectations, and navigate potential career progression within the organization.
  • Work with the manager of organization development and the director of talent and organization development to assist with research, data gathering, resource development, stakeholder coordination, and creation of tools and materials that support employee career progression and development.
  • Perform additional work related to the performance framework and organizational change management.
  • Perform other duties related to talent development, talent management, engagement, or wellness as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enrollment in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Adult and Lifelong Learning, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related graduate program.
  • Experience in career development, competency models, job architecture, talent management, or employee development.
  • Experience with research, data organization, writing, presentation development, or creating employee-facing resources.
