Requirements
  • Professional experience in developing sales of customized B2B business solutions and professional technology services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of consultative selling and its complex process
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic accounts and building lasting relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional sales experience
  • Ability to use CRM tools and other technological platforms for sales tracking and analysis
Responsibilities
  • Actively and strategically develop new accounts and business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Identify and qualify the needs of potential customers to propose appropriate solutions, drawing on the strengths of the technical and marketing teams
  • Represent Spiria professionally to stakeholders at executive and tactical levels; Understand the strategic and business drivers motivating the development of client projects
  • Assume the responsibilities of a business and technology advisor and involve the team as required
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams on strategies to develop Spiria's sales funnel, and collaborate with team members when writing service offers
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, playing an active role in their final validation, to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with customer needs
