  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing product teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), including authentication, authorization, directory provisioning, and enterprise federation.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving product vision and roadmaps from concept to delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thinks big and small; can assemble a vision and the strategy/tactics to get there.
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprise customers to translate complex needs into elegant product solutions.
  • Budget up to 10% of the time for customer visits, conferences, team offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the CIAM product strategy for B2B SaaS companies, aligned with Okta’s vision, market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  • Maintain and evangelize the product roadmap internally and externally, carving out differentiating features for multi-tenancy support, authorization, enterprise identity federation, directory services, and delegated administration.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of that roadmap by partnering with leaders in product architecture, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features that help B2B SaaS companies land and manage enterprise customers.
  • Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
  • Engage deeply with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate problems, and shape solutions.
  • Track product performance and market trends, and adjust strategy as needed to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  • Represent Auth0 & Okta externally as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings.
