Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow in accordance with division goals.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement through final acceptance.
  • Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
  • Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
  • Check the availability and location of sanitary sewer, water, gas, and stormwater utilities.
  • Check the costs involved in gaining access to utilities and development impact fees.
  • Manage field efforts related to stormwater and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.
  • Continuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.
  • Review, confirm, and approve development invoices.
  • Generate site plans for communities.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the functional area when assigned.
  • Delegate work and review the work products of others when managing projects.
