- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting required
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment as needed
- Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, in-person, and online chat, resolving system and infrastructure issues
- Assist in deploying and maintaining production systems and interfaces for manufacturing operations
- Identify, document, and resolve IT incidents, escalating when necessary
- Support infrastructure engineers, proactively monitor systems, and ensure stability of IT services
- Manage user accounts, deploy workstations, and maintain IT documentation
- Oversee third-party IT support providers to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify recurring issues, educate end-users, and implement best practices to enhance IT support

Lasko Products, the West Chester, Pa.-based home environment appliance company, recently released a limited-edition, American-made box fan for Walmart.com in time for Fourth of July promotions and, even more opportunely, as a sweltering heat wave blasted much of the country.
In February 2019, Lasko, an American based company that produces home comfort products acquired Intertex, Inc, B- Air that develops and supplies high-quality air movement products, for an undisclosed amount.
Then I received an email that changed the course of my summer: Popular home goods brand Lasko had just launched an Outdoor Living Tower Fan.
