Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • At least two years of work experience preparing next-generation sequencing and/or 10x libraries and performing Illumina sequencing.
  • Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
  • Experience with spatial transcriptomics technologies, specifically 10x Visium or VisiumHD.
Responsibilities
  • Process cell suspensions for single-cell analysis using 10x Genomics instruments.
  • Perform bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, and other immune-profiling single-cell assays.
  • Prepare and perform quality control on RNA and DNA samples for sequencing.
  • Perform routine maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of 10x Genomics, Illumina, and high-throughput robotic automation instrumentation.
  • Perform spatial transcriptomics using 10x Visium or similar technologies.
  • Process samples and perform biobanking.
  • Keep detailed records of experimental procedures.
