  • 7+ years experience in leading Sales enablement, training, curriculum development and delivery, including extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation and evaluation), sales methodologies, sales processes, buyer's journey, and enablement technologies
  • Experience in the security, privacy and compliance spaces

  • Own all aspects of Sales enablement and training, including assessing organizational needs, identifying performance improvement opportunities, developing enablement and training programs to drive improvement, tracking and measuring success, and optimizing programs for continuous improvement
  • Develop world-class onboarding and continuous learning programs to improve the competency and results of the Sales team through value-based selling of the Secureframe platform and products
  • Own curriculum development, training content creation, scheduling, coordination, delivery of training, and follow up to ensure skills competency
  • Support product launches by enabling Sales, Customer Success, and partners to clearly articulate the value and sell the Secureframe platform and products based on customer pain points, challenges, and value drivers paired with Secureframe's unique differentiators
  • Partner with department heads to identify training gaps and solicit feedback on enablement program design, execution, and effectiveness
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on content development including customer challenges, pain points, and value drivers, platform and product messaging, competitive differentiators, demos, objection handling and more
  • Define strategies to address the needs of diverse stakeholders, including differences associated with tenure, segment, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), etc
  • Champion new learning and coaching solutions that maximize learning retention and scalability
  • Define, track, and report on SMART goals to ensure training curriculum is driving desired business outcomes
  • Develop and manage an annual budget and vendor relationships to support enablement initiatives during the fiscal year
  • Manage the Sales and Customer Success enablement content repository and train for best use and application of material
