Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on industrial experience designing and developing manufacturing and repair processes and equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience using lean manufacturing and operational excellence concepts.
  • Ability to develop data-driven root-cause analyses and solutions.
  • Data analysis, communication, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel upon business request.
  • Solid financial and commercial manufacturing acumen.
  • Hands-on technical problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver manufacturing engineering benchmarks to drive departmental performance and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
  • Develop and modify line layouts, including material flow, waste reduction, and ergonomics.
  • Analyze and improve processes across warehouse, production, and repair areas while maintaining safety and increasing efficiency.
  • Work with global sites to achieve world-class quality levels.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to improve yield, capacity, and capability.
  • Provide support to international sites, including travel to the European Integration Centre in Barcelona to examine processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain manufacturing and repair work instructions, routings, and associated processes.
  • Contribute to the development and fabrication of production fixtures for assembly, handling, and packaging of electronic gaming machines and components.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends in build quality and efficiency.
  • Address production and repair issues using structured problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why, and Eight Disciplines.
  • Participate in transitioning products from concept to mass manufacturing while meeting delivery, quality, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with development engineering teams to evaluate process technologies, equipment builds, and suppliers and select methods for mass production.
  • Perform risk assessments, identify mitigations and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with predefined quality specifications.

Aristocrat Interactive launches Massachusetts' first iLottery platform with exclusive games

Aristocrat Interactive has launched Massachusetts State Lottery's first iLottery platform, marking a significant expansion for the company's digital lottery services. The full-service solution includes a custom-built platform, exclusive games from Aristocrat's library, and over 20 eInstant games from NeoGames Studio. Massachusetts players can now access draw-based games and two new games available exclusively online. The launch features Timberwolf, marking the first time an Aristocrat land-based gaming favourite appears as an eInstant game. The Massachusetts State Lottery, the leading per capita performing US retail lottery, will use Aristocrat Interactive's integrated technologies including player account management, draw games systems, and business intelligence solutions. Aristocrat Interactive will provide managed services covering marketing, data analytics, compliance, and customer support. The five-year contract, awarded in August last year, includes three potential three-year extensions. Aristocrat Interactive recently established its iLottery headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Aristocrat Interactive launches full iLottery platform for Michigan Lottery in new six-year deal

Aristocrat Interactive has launched its comprehensive iLottery solution for the Michigan Lottery following go-live on 17 July. The deployment marks the start of a new six-year agreement running through July 2032, with options for six additional one-year extensions. The solution includes Aristocrat Interactive's end-to-end iLottery ecosystem, featuring the NeoSphere player account management platform, NeoDraw draw games system, NeoCube business intelligence solutions, and NeoEngage customer experience platform. The company partnered with Gambyt to develop a new website and mobile application. Aristocrat Interactive has opened an office in Lansing, Michigan, staffing it with over 60 digital and lottery specialists to support the programme. The Michigan Lottery ranks as a top-five performer in the US for iLottery gross sales per capita. The relationship between the two organisations began in 2014.

Aristocrat invests in Kinectify, appoints ex-NYX Gaming COO Jason Walbridge to board

Gaming company Aristocrat has made a strategic investment in Kinectify, a risk management technology firm, and appointed Jason Walbridge to its board of directors. Walbridge, Aristocrat's former chief operating officer at NYX Gaming with 18 years at the company, will represent Aristocrat's interests. The investment round includes participation from Acies Investments, the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians, Eilers Krejcik Gaming, and Mark Frissora, former CEO of Caesars Entertainment. Kinectify specialises in anti-money laundering and responsible gaming technology. Walbridge previously served as COO of NYX Gaming and SG Digital following NYX's acquisition by Scientific Games. He expressed enthusiasm about pioneering innovation in risk management across the gaming ecosystem through the collaboration.

Aristocrat posts 19% EPSA growth with $981M returned to shareholders

Aristocrat Leisure has reported strong first-half results with normalised NPATA growing 8% to A$794 million, or 16% in constant currency, for the six months ended 31 March 2026. Earnings per share on a constant currency basis increased 19%. Revenue grew 6% in constant currency to A$3.03 billion, driven by market share gains across key segments. Aristocrat Gaming delivered exceptional outright sales growth in North America and Australia, whilst expanding its gaming operations installed base to 43% market share. Product Madness maintained leadership in social casino slots with 23% market share, and Aristocrat Interactive saw revenue growth of 7%, led by iLottery and content. The company returned A$981 million to shareholders through dividends and share buy-backs, and increased its buy-back programme by A$1 billion to A$2.5 billion.

Aristocrat acquires Gaming Analytics to add AI-driven casino data tools to its portfolio

Aristocrat Leisure has acquired Gaming Analytics, a US-based provider of AI-driven casino data tools, for an undisclosed amount. The San Francisco-headquartered company specialises in real-time player analytics, slot optimisation and marketing automation software that integrates with existing casino management systems. Gaming Analytics employs over 30 professionals across the United States, Spain, India and Canada. Founder and chief executive Kiran Brahmandam has joined Aristocrat as managing director of gaming analytics. The company will continue supporting existing customers without disruption. The acquisition strengthens the Australia-listed slot machine maker's position in land-based gaming analytics, adding an AI layer to its ecosystem. The technology aims to help casino operators improve player tracking and deliver more targeted marketing through real-time data collection and personalised engagement tools.
