Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone.
  • Connect with individuals seeking information about available benefits.
  • Identify individual and family financial protection priorities.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
  • Answer client questions and provide personalized, needs-based recommendations.
  • Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment and assist with required documentation.
  • Conduct policy reviews, beneficiary updates, coverage inquiries, policy and account service requests, claims-related guidance, follow-up communication, and ongoing client support.
  • Provide benefits education, needs analysis, enrollment assistance, and long-term client service.
Desired Qualifications
  • Military leadership or operational experience.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, management, recruiting, healthcare, education, public safety, operations, logistics, client relations, business development, or financial services.
  • Strong leadership potential, self-discipline, accountability, goal orientation, coachability, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
