  • Build, release, and manage the configuration of all production systems
  • Periodic major operating system upgrades/rebuilds for servers
  • Provisioning, renewing and distributing encryption certificates
  • Managing internal certificates with Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Managing external certificates with both Let's Encrypt and GoDaddy Certificate Services, depending on the service
  • Maintaining multiple virtual private networks (VPNs)
  • Manage a continuous integration and deployment methodology for server-based technologies
  • Ensure necessary system security by using best in class security solutions
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines when applicable
  • Work closely with the Development Managers in release planning, preparation, validation, post-release monitoring, and ongoing monitoring
  • Monitoring and break/fix for infrastructure and applications
  • Regular patching of all IaaS and on-premise servers and services (OS, .NET framework updates and SQL Server cumulative updates)
  • Provisioning and operations for all physical and virtual compute and networking resources

  • Possess a high-level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, databases, and system design
  • 2+ years of professional DevOps experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of DevOps and technical quality control processes, artifacts, and tools
  • Deep experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices (Agile/Scrum a plus)
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
