Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking aSenior Solution Architect – Salesforceto lead and support our enterprise Salesforce platform. This is ahybrid rolerequiring bothtechnical hands-on developmentandsolution design leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, development, and operational support of Salesforce and its integrated applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs across the organization.
You will deliver results through a mix ofproject work, continuous improvements, andproduction supportactivities.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Results
Demonstrate deep knowledge ofSalesforce.com platform, includingSales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, andAppExchangepackages.
Design and develop advanced Salesforce components: Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Validation Rules, Layouts
Configure, maintain, and support the Salesforce ecosystem.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical solutions.
Lead technical delivery of IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Author and review technical documentation, including specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with QA teams to define and validate test scenarios.
Ensure compliance with CSA Group’s development and security standards.
Provide Level 3 production support, investigate issues, and implement fixes or enhancements.
Identify patterns in issues and propose sustainable fixes (root cause resolution).
Collaborate with other architects to analyze and design multi-system integration solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide architecture and implementation options.
Lead design sessions, demos, and workshops to explain Salesforce capabilities and solution decisions.
Manage technical escalations and guide business decisions from an architectural perspective.
Maintain strong working relationships across IT and business teams to ensure delivery alignment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
5+ yearsofSalesforce development experiencein enterprise environments.
Experience inhands-on coding, solution design, and production troubleshooting.
Proficient in:
Apex,Lightning Web Components (LWC),Visualforce
Salesforce CPQ,Experience Cloud, andintegration design
Experience in CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Jenkins).
Familiar withAgileandWaterfall SDLC methodologies.
Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft is a plus).
Understanding ofcybersecurity principlesanddata privacy compliance.
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect (Preferred)
Salesforce CPQ or Experience Cloud certifications are a plus
