Requirements
  • 3+ years experience on tax compliance & reporting for U.S multinational corporations
  • CPA / MST preferable
  • Experience with Onesource tax provision / income tax preferred
  • Alteryx workflow software a plus
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of global technical tax knowledge & ASC 740
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
Responsibilities
  • Prepare global effective tax rate calculations in accordance with ASC 740
  • Prepare interim and year-end income tax disclosures for SEC filings and earnings releases for completeness.
  • Perform tax technical work and compose documentation to support uncertain tax positions (FIN48), valuation allowances and unremitted earnings assertions.
  • Monitor / document tax internal controls and accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
  • Calculate various book to tax adjustments
  • Assist with Regulatory Compliance
