Requirements
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, MIS, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2023-June 2024
- SharePoint experience preferred
- Data Visualization experience preferred
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
- An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
- Highly organized and efficient
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Gain a good understanding of our mission, business model and day-to-day operations. Help in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes of engaging with partners
- Develop a map of existing partner IP (solution and offerings) with our workflows and formulate an execution plan. Capture TAM for each solution and offerings
- Start and lead the workstream of an MSP ServiceNow Value Calculator lite with the support of a cross functional team
- Support Key partners on offering rollouts (Create Micro sites) working closely with the Service Provider specialist and Global Offerings team
- Support Service Provider specialist sales team to create an Alliance tracker/dashboard for our top strategic partners in Americas
- Create Americas SP Microsite with Partner + Service Provider specialist sales mapping details
- Create single repository with Screenshots for New SP partner onboarding
- Work with Sales Ops to streamline Forecasting and opportunity visibility
- Incubate ideas for joint whitepapers between Partner + ServiceNow on key industry themes
- Create a contact list of all the touch points Service Provider specialist and solutions consultant engage with on day-to-day basis
Desired Qualifications
- A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
- Previous internship experience is a plus
