Requirements
  • Digital media buying experience
  • Knowledge of inventory management system such as MediaOcean Prisma
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience analyzing data and market research
Responsibilities
  • Develop, recommend, execute, and evaluate digital media plans
  • Oversee the Negotiator and Associate in terms of daily maintenance
  • Attend regular client and vendor meetings
  • Mentor and assist in the training of Associates and Negotiators
  • Work closely with Strategy and Comms Design teams
  • Provide partner selection recommendation and justification
  • Develop the RFPs and oversee the submission process with media partners
  • Evaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, develop plan, and present plan recommendations
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities
  • Manage all partner specific budget allocation, optimization, media partnership programs, and added value details
  • Secure best in class marketplace pricing
  • Foster strong relationships with media partners
