Quality Inspector Returns

As a Quality Inspector you will coordinate cross functional activities related to product returns. You will be responsible for the inspection and disposition of returned materials and their tracking through the Quality Management System and Inventory System. You will ensure all records related to inspections are available for use and assist in product builds and failure investigations. Responsible for generating trending data related to inspections and product failure investigations.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate cross functional quality activities related to Returns Inspection
• Responsible for process development related to inspection and ensure disposition and data movement to downstream processes.
• Create inspection reports and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Review and ensure accurate storage of quality records and policies.
• Ensure all records and record requirements are up to date and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collect feedback, ensure approval, and route documents for approval.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience quality inspection
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis
• Highly skilled in the use of all Microsoft products, and familiarity with Document Control or Quality Management System Software

Physical Requirements

Stand 4-6 hours per day

Lifting is required, up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:  Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
