Nordstrom’s ITAM Team is hiring!  Supporting Hardware Asset Management is not only our job, but our passion.  Our search is on for a dedicated Senior Systems Analyst who breathes relational data, loves bringing order to chaos, delights in documenting lifecycle planning, and has a background in technology procurement. 

IT Hardware Asset Analysts leverage communication, technical, and analytical skill sets to identify, deliver, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions and value to the customer.
 

Always curious, Analysts understand how process and technology changes fit into the overall company strategy. Success is measured through a variety of methods including process improvement, effective use of technology products, metrics/data driven decision making, speed to delivery/resolution, and overall customer service provided to the end user.

A day in the life…

This position will focus on all aspects of Hardware Asset Management, including ServiceNow CMDB asset data upkeep, hardware procurement, hardware lifecycle management, IT Asset Disposition, and collaborative project planning supporting a distributed environment at scale.   

This Systems Analyst will be a part of a larger Hardware Asset Management team that is agile and collaborative, working together to develop, implement, and maintain ITAM processes and solutions.  We are very serious about our work, but we also know how to have fun while engaged in this crucial service.

You own this if you have…

• Business analytics experience in inventory management, audit, finance, procurement, lifecycle, or other disciplines focused on data quality (2+ years)
• Experience efficiently processing customer requests for new device orders, break-fix, or replacements per existing policy and guidance  
• General knowledge and understanding of retail IT hardware, peripherals, and specifications including: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, shared devices, printers, and retail selling devices. 
• Demonstrated success analyzing device options to meet the needs of the business, including tech compatibility
• Ability to independently prioritize and proactively drives tasks that support program scope and measure ongoing effectiveness
• Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
• Prior experience with ServiceNow

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $77,969 - $145,500 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
