Requirements
  • Demonstrable portfolio showing LEGO model designs.
  • Knowledge of LEGO themes, elements, connections and building techniques.
  • Proficiency with LEGO design software such as LDD Pro or Studio.
  • Excellent in-person and remote communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to adapt with change.
  • Ability to deliver quality work to scheduled deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Design of LEGO models from single items to full environments.
  • Interpretation of specific art style and direction.
  • Team collaboration to deliver environments featuring multiple contributors’ artwork.
  • Setup of high detail models for use in cut-scenes.
  • The design of decals/printed elements.
  • Creation of approval materials for submission to The LEGO Group and any additional stakeholders.
  • Undertake relevant on-the-job training to keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies.
  • Assist with tools training as directed by Lead LEGO Model Artist.
  • Optimization of models to work across multiple platforms.
  • Updates and maintenance of the TT LEGO Brick Libraries.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with a game engine such as Unreal or Unity
  • Proficiency in Maya & Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Skilled in LEGO vehicle design such as those seen in the LEGO Speed Champions range.
