Responsibilities
  • Drive and lead stewardship in 1-3 clients
  • Own the PS Account Plan and 360-degree relationship with each client
  • Develop a relationship map, 3–5-year vision and strategy, and manage tactical executions
  • Foster deeper relationships with customer CXOs
  • Shape proposals and negotiate agreements
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets
  • Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction
  • Advocate for clients internally
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the PS GTM offerings and solutions
  • Cross-sell across horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities
  • Manage PS Internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to Global Client Partner community and Growth Force community strategies
