  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales strategy, sales operations, sales programs, sales enablement, sales consulting, sales leadership, or learning design preferred
  • HLS experience a plus
  • Experience designing revenue-producing sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to draw practical insights from data sets and reviews with salespeople and sales leaders
  • Degree or equivalent proven experience required
  • Structured project management skills with the ability to engage in the right actions and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with executive sales leaders and sales teams to understand pipe generation and progression needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales programs
  • Analyze sales performance and health of the business to create programs addressing pipeline and productivity gaps
  • Deliver compelling programs to large audiences of sellers
  • Operationalize programs from start to finish
  • Build trusted partnerships and work cross-functionally to produce better outcomes
