Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree, preferred MBA, or advanced degree.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in product marketing, product management, technical program management, or business development.
- Experience with hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity applications and CPU/GPU applications.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams.
- Detail oriented with a passion for telling a compelling story.
- Authorized to work in the US and start immediately.
- Thorough market knowledge of server, storage, cloud, and data center segment.
- Proficient technical knowledge of the following high-speed interfaces: PCIe, Ethernet, and CXL
- Proficient technical knowledge of servers and CPUs/GPUs.
- Direct experience with customer/partner relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, and execute new collaborations with multiple customers and partners across the ecosystem.
- Proven track record of working closely with cloud service providers, data center OEMs/ODMs, and/or CPU/GPU vendors.
- Partnered with industry ecosystem and standards organizations such as CXL Consortium, PCI-SIG, etc.
- Technical Supply Chain, Technical Program Management, or Business Development experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Prioritize Ecosystem Engagement Strategy by developing a deep understanding of partner ecosystem technology offerings.
- Execute Ecosystem Related Tasks to resolve any technical and business issues with internal and external teams.
- Drives Ecosystem Enablement Activities with internal teams and industry partners.
- Grow and Manage Partner Co-Marketing Activities and Initiatives by building relationships and collaborating across engineering, sales, and external ecosystem partners.
