- 1-2 years administrative experience with programs like SAP, Oracle, or other warehouse management systems
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic, video and wireless communication systems such as Windows, Zoom Video, Mobile Devices, Ethernet
- Good sense of root cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience in RMA processing?
- Proficient in MS Dynamics & Office
- Function as the quality administrative representative to Quality
- Assist teams in the planning, root cause analysis and resolution to issues identified
- Coordinate with validation for testing and data analysis
- Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements such as automating tests and systems
- Assist in the planning, improvement implementation and effectiveness testing of the sustainability projects
- Maintain Quality Databases used, such as Jira and Confluence
- Develop, Assemble and implement testing or data recovery equipment needed for Axon Products
- May also be involved in other special projects important to the Quality Department
