  • Juris Doctor degree and qualified to practice law in at least one U.S. State
  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of contract best practices, intellectual property, capital markets, and data privacy issues
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to exercise good business judgment
  • Self-starter with excellent responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • FinTech experience or financial services experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Enfusion Sales, Account Management, and Global Partnership teams to negotiate and close transactions
  • Improve processes, internal controls, and create efficiencies within Enfusion departments
  • Exercise judgment on legal issues to contribute to Enfusion's growth and success
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements
  • Identify, research, analyze, and advise on legal issues
  • Communicate complex legal concepts in simple terms
