- White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment
- Support routine inspections and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Assist with chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment maintenance
- Work alongside qualified technicians on planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Learn to operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Complete service documentation and job reports under supervision
- Follow safety procedures and company compliance standards
- Build strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Pre-apprenticeship training in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical trades
- Any prior experience in a trade or technical environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver’s Licence or working towards obtaining one
