  • Drive planning for key drug development stage-gate decision points
  • Manage integrated program budget and resource plan
  • Facilitate resource planning and financial assessments
  • Partner with Strategic Product Planning function
  • Coordinate formation of ASTs for Neuropsychiatry Franchise programs
  • Collaborate with R&D Operations team
  • Conduct risk management and contingency planning
  • Lead decision analysis with the team
  • Ensure coordinated approach across portfolio managers
