  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Act as a System Administrator managing all aspects of the system including user access and periodic reviews for the Document Management System (DMS), the LMS, and CAPA
  • Perform document management activities in the electronic document management system for controlled documents throughout its lifecycle
  • Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the organization and individual departments for the LMS
  • Oversee the CAPA process including identification, documentation, evaluation, resolution, and closure of corrective and preventive actions
  • Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of identified issues for the CAPA process
  • Help the organization with defining and collecting Compliance Metrics while continuously assessing and improving relevant processes and systems
