ES Oracle Cloud Lead

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs. Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality. Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365. Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development. Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals. Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.
