Zynga is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to help track and coordinate game projects across our international studios. Our Publishing Operations team is a small central group that collaborates with all functions across Zynga, including global game studios, internal support and service teams, and company leadership. This role will be responsible for managing communication and coordination between these groups to provide visibility and raise confidence in our new development projects, live service games, and cross-company strategic initiatives. They will guide game studios through our project lifecycle, aligning stakeholders behind our development best practices, organizing and holding reviews with central leadership and other stakeholders, generating and following up on action items. Additionally, this person will act as project manager for ad hoc initiatives that involve game studios and central groups; defining requirements, dependencies, timelines, and driving them to successful completion.
