What you will be doing:

• Manage an effective and efficient coordination process for candidates and hiring managers across multiple timezones
• Schedule all phone and virtual team interviews through Lever and G-Suite
• Communicate with candidates directly on their availability to virtually meet with our Greenlight teams
• Compile all interview panel details, schedule accordingly, and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team on all new job openings, by scheduling and participating in intake meetings, and posting to our job boards
• Gather all offer details to accurately submit through Lever 
• Work closely with Recruiters on all candidate questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, empathy, and quality 
• Assist with all ATS administration and help champion recruiters to keep their pipeline up to date
• Assist with any integrations, implementations or change management within all our tech stack

What you should bring:

• 2+ years of experience successfully coordinating for an internal recruiting team
• You have a passion for people and drive to provide the best possible candidate experience 
• You have experience scheduling and building processes within Lever (strongly preferred) or Greenhouse
• You have experience working within LinkedIn, Gem, G-Suite (preferred not required)
• You’re inquisitive and like doing research to solve problems and identify solutions
• You are a confident and influential communicator (written and verbal)
