  • In-depth Reward experience gained from working in a global organization with compensation programs across multiple counties
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and organizations; strategically focused on continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of supporting the implementation of Reward projects across a wide region / multiple markets
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems
  • Excellent compensation program management skills and knowledge of annual review processes, compensation reporting tools, job levelling, evaluation and benchmark analyses. Experience in implementing new job architecture is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills including the use of Excel with the ability to interpret and manipulate large complex data sets and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail combined with analytical/critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including tact, discretion and ethics while projecting a positive, professional image in all interactions
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once and prioritize workloads
Responsibilities
  • Manage the global annual compensation process from end to end, including budget planning, salary and bonus benchmarking / analysis, and implementation of salary planning decisions
  • Manage the administration of our global equity plans
  • Contribute to the global priorities and objectives and provide innovative ideas for global Reward program improvements and efficiencies
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Total Rewards ensuring effective Reward processes, policies and offerings are in place to align with Verifone’s Reward philosophy
  • Liaise with the Talent team on providing communications around Reward and performance management processes
  • Manage survey vendor relationships and company’s participation in salary and variable compensation surveys
  • Lead global job gradings with HR and business partners. Oversee role calibrations, and manage global job architecture framework to ensure robust governance and consistency is maintained
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to deliver Verifone compensation programs; specifically, the Annual Compensation Review using Workday
  • Partner with Finance teams by providing compensation data used in quarterly forecasting and annual reporting requirements
  • Engage with various stakeholders across Verifone and educate and advise on Reward matters
  • Prepare compensation data research, cost impact, modelling and analyses as needed
  • Staying abreast of leading practices and trends with respect to compensation, employee benefits and retirals across our global markets

Connected commerce platform Verifone has introduced a new set of payment devices. Verifone Victa, as the collection is known, was announced Thursday (Jan. 9) along with a SoftPOS solution called Verifone Tap and new biometrics capabilities. The company plans to showcase the products next week at the National Retail Federation’s Big Show in New York City. “Verifone is committed to revolutionizing the payment experience for our partners and clients, and our commitment is perfectly reflected in these new products,” Himanshu Patel, CEO of Verifone, said in a news release. “They’re part of the industry’s most comprehensive, end-to-end global commerce platform that orchestrates payment devices, omnichannel experiences, gateway and managed services while positioning our merchants and partners for future growth.”

Verifone And Pennies Reach Milestone Of £6 Million Raised For Charities Via Micro-Donations On Payment Devices

Verifone, the payments architect shaping ecosystems for in-person and online commerce experiences, and Pennies, the award-winning fintech charity working to grow and protect micro-donations, are delighted to announce they have facilitated more than £6 million in charitable donations since first partnering in 2011.The partnership has generated donations for more than 95 charities by enabling consumers to make donations on Verifone payment devices at checkout through a simple prompt asking users if they would like to round up the purchase price to the nearest pound or make a donation of a set amount. The £6 million milestone was reached thanks to 23.5 million individual donations at Verifone merchants.These small donations add up quickly and make a real difference in communities.
