Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of seasonal product launches and capsules, and manage product creation while maintaining accuracy across pricing, imagery, and product information.
  • Build and maintain tracking tools and reports to monitor product launches, stock on hand, and company activity across partner sites and channels.
  • Coordinate seasonal markdown operations across all partners accurately, consistently, and on time.
  • Conduct regular site reviews to ensure brand representation is accurate and aligned with the company’s ecommerce user experience standard.
  • Provide product selections for edits, emails, and other marketing activity based on knowledge of bestsellers and stock depth.
  • Produce weekly and seasonal performance insights, identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and drive performance.
  • Support day-to-day partner relationships and ensure a seamless flow of communication.
  • Assist in delivering campaign launches, including campaign asset distribution, brand page updates, and visual merchandising for seasonal storytelling.
  • Assist with stock and operational processes, including coordination of product deliveries, returns to vendors, and quarterly stock takes.
  • Conduct and present regular competitor reviews, sharing opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Experience with ecommerce or merchandising systems is advantageous.
