The Impact You’ll Make in this Role.

As an Area Process Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Engaging with internal stakeholders (Accounting, Compliance, Internal Audit, etc.) to define processes, controls and standards within the Global ERP (SAP) and other legacy systems.
• Working closely with local controllers and Global Process Leader (GPL) deployment team to ensure a successful ERP implementation for the region by:
  • Coordinating with local controllers to ensure local statutory requirements are met.
  • Ensuring clarity on operational workarounds and post deployment enhancements.
  • Working with GPL team to manage deployment project deadlines for area controllers.
• Optimizing RTR activity with third party service provider (GPO) and regional service centers.
• Ensuring alignment between the GPO for standard process understanding, enhancements and centralization initiatives. Works with service center teams on resolution of any non-system issues (training, resource constraints and change management).
• Driving a value realization and compliance mindset by identifying process and system optimization opportunities enabled by a thorough understanding of global policies and practices

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of E2E process knowledge, Finance and/or Accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of of E2E process knowledge, Finance and/or Accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with SAP
• Process development and/or business process redesign experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
• Detail oriented and enjoys working with global operational processes
• Self-starter
• Great communication skills
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution

Work location: Remote - United States

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
