  • 2-3 years of SaaS field sales experience selling databases, data warehouses, or data tools
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Outbound prospecting experience and comfort with the tools used
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate well across the organization
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of solution selling with experience navigating complex sales cycles, engaging with C-suite executives, and negotiating SaaS agreements
  • Currently looking for Central and Western US Account Executives
  • Experience selling a technical product to technical buyers
  • Lead full sales cycles including prospecting, scoping, negotiations, and growth of the customer
  • Work closely with Field Engineering to be trusted advisors to potential customers evaluating Materialize for their business in a competitive market
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and coordinate resources to help new customers make informed decisions about their technology choices
  • Take ownership of your business and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Collaborate across all lines of business to effectively communicate the voice of the customer, capture product feedback, and to ensure an exceptional user experience
  • Be comfortable educating on the value of new technology and approaches to solving problems
  • Prior experience with common sales technology stack - SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, intent tools, Outreach, etc.
  • Background in Data Warehousing, stream analytics, or other relevant technologies is preferred
  • Prior sales role at a fast paced start-up
Responsibilities
  • Developing new businesses through prospecting and pipeline development in coordination with the extended GTM team
  • Leading full sales cycles including prospecting, scoping, negotiations, and growth of the customer
  • Working closely with Field Engineering to be trusted advisors to potential customers evaluating Materialize for their business in a competitive market
  • Delivering presentations, demonstrations, and coordinating resources to help new customers make informed decisions about their technology choices
  • Taking ownership of the business and operating with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Collaborating across all lines of business to effectively communicate the voice of the customer, capture product feedback, and to ensure an exceptional user experience
  • Educating on the value of new technology and approaches to solving problems
  • Contributing to the GTM strategy
  • Closing deals and contributing to how deals are closed
