Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute America's marketing strategies that align with the global marketing plan and drive measurable results
  • Achieve pipeline generation goals for new customers and expansions while optimizing marketing investments for maximum efficiency
  • Adapt global initiatives to suit regional needs, address industry-specific nuances, and grow market presence and awareness
  • Support regional territory planning to optimize pipeline coverage and sales acceleration
  • Execute campaigns, programs, and content to drive demand across key territories, verticals, and segments
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement full-funnel marketing programs, including webinars, digital campaigns, partner initiatives, and public relations
  • Use account-based marketing to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal cycles
  • Plan and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and other activities to generate leads, promote the brand, and engage customers
  • Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), sales teams, and partners
  • Develop and manage Americas marketing budget
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing efficacy, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure optimizing pursuits, pipeline coverage, acceleration, and alignment across territories
  • Work directly with marketing and sales operations to ensure consistent lead flow

  • Proactively negotiate resources and deliverables across the organization
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with the corporate marketing teams
