Required Skills
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in telecommunications engineering or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing telecommunications infrastructure, including VoIP, SIP, PBX, and messaging systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing/switching.
  • Familiarity with telephony hardware, software, and standards, as well as telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex telecommunications issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Avaya ACSS) are a plus.
  • Telecommunications Infrastructure Management: Designing, implementing, and maintaining the telecommunications infrastructure that supports our conversational AI platform, including voice, data, and messaging systems.
  • System Integration: Integrating telecommunications systems with our AI platform and other internal/external systems to enable seamless communication across multiple channels.
  • Network Configuration and Optimization: Configuring and optimizing network devices, protocols, and services to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • VoIP and SIP Implementation: Implementing and managing VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) solutions to support voice-based interactions within our AI platform.
  • Security and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect telecommunications systems from cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring the performance and usage of telecommunications systems, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve telecommunications issues and incidents promptly, minimizing downtime and disruption.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with telecommunications vendors and service providers to procure necessary equipment, software, and services, as well as to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining documentation for telecommunications systems, processes, and procedures. Providing training and support to internal teams on telecommunications-related topics as needed.
