  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience helping customers or patients in a phone-based or fast-paced environment is required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
  • The ability to stay organized, multitask, and solve problems with a calm, professional approach is required.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and tools is required.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule evaluations, treatments, and specialized testing, including functional capacity evaluations, quickly and accurately.
  • Review referrals and medical documentation to ensure appointments are properly prepared.
  • Match patients to the appropriate clinic or specialist using internal tools.
  • Serve as a point of contact for case managers, attorneys, and other referral partners, maintaining clear and timely communication tailored to their preferences.
  • Monitor scheduling reports, identify trends or issues, and partner with the team to find solutions.
  • Build relationships with clinics and referral partners to support a seamless patient experience.
  • Track outreach, resolve scheduling challenges, and help the team meet its goals.
  • Perform other assigned projects and duties.
