Advocate helps people access Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and veterans’ disability benefits by using an AI-powered platform paired with a team of case managers. It guides users through eligibility assessment, collects and organizes medical records, and submits accurate, compliant applications to shorten long waiting periods. The platform targets Americans with disabilities, including workers, veterans, and retirees, and aims to reduce the administrative burden on both applicants and government agencies. The company differentiates itself by being a public-benefit corporation that offers a free-to-use service funded by venture investment, combining technology with hands-on case management to improve claim quality and speed. Its goal is to make benefit access easier and faster, expanding reach while potentially reducing delays and errors in the claims process.
