Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Economics or related degree
  • 0-2 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or related field
  • Proficiency using website analytics and testing platforms, including Optimizely, Adobe Target, VMO, Adobe Analytics, GA4, or related tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel including data manipulation and validation, analysis and reporting including pivot tables and functions, and data visualization
  • Experience using BI Tools including Looker or Power BI a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
  • Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently
  • Ability to navigate and access all facilities
  • Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices
  • Close vision for computer-related activities

  • The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.

  • Design and execute a/b and multivariate tests and strategies to improve site KPIs including cart and conversion rates, landing page experiences, and customer journey, engagement and flows
  • Analyze, interpret and report key findings and outcomes to ecommerce team and stakeholders including IT, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
  • Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner alongside recommendations for next steps
  • Iterate existing tests towards future experiments while staying up to date on industry trends and competitor actions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and improvement based on data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Meticulously review and analyze information, identifying errors or inconsistencies to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize complex processes to achieve operational excellence.

Rural King phones Rome (Ga.) for new opening. It's the retailer's third Peach State location. HBSDealer Staff Rural King has opened a new store in Rome, Georgia. It's the Illinois-based retailer's third location in Ga., following locations in Bainbridge and Waycross. Grand opening festivities will take place Friday, March 27, through Sunday, March 29 at 2770 Martha Berry Highway NE, Suite 600, where the store will carry livestock and pet supplies, workwear, power equipment, tools, automotive products and seasonal merchandise. The store also includes mobile and self-checkout options. "Opening our third Georgia store in Rome is an exciting milestone for Rural King," said Rural King Chief Operating Officer Michael Ladd.
