Requirements
  • One to two years of prior experience in a professional setting; operations, consulting, finance, accounting, fund management, and/or law experience is ideal.
  • Superior critical thinking skills and demonstrated success working in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort performing in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Desire to create efficient, scalable process workflows from scratch.
  • Comfort approaching issues at both a detailed and high level.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of workflows and existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketplace Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the operational needs and high-level objectives of each project.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and valuation of secondary-market securities.
  • Execute liquidity distributions, ensuring accurate allocation and client satisfaction.
  • Support tax-reporting processes to ensure compliance with applicable deadlines.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks on financial inputs to maintain accuracy and reporting-system integrity.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding trades, taxes, reporting, and valuations.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date internal documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve workflows.
