Position Summary
The HSE Analyst will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs and policies. Reporting to the HSE Senior Manager of Policy and Program Development, this position is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives, programs, and policies that align with HSE goals, foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate requires strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness, interpret data trends, and provide recommendations to enhance workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

• Assist in the development, review, and revision of HSE policies and procedures, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company best practices.
• Develop and manage programs and projects that align with HSE goals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Review HSE data, reports, and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Design and distribute impactful content such as newsletters, reports, presentations, and digital resources to inform and inspire employees.
• Support emergency and crisis response efforts, including the development of response communication and plans, and post-incident analysis to improve preparedness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of professional experience

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Customer focus mindset and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Time management/prioritization
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (including air travel)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $85,068.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
