  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all new hire onboarding tasks.
  • Assist employees with changes to their employment status.
  • Partner with HR Director on HR reporting and provide analytical data.
  • Administer and execute human resource programs.
  • Work towards process improvement by collaborating with various teams.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and refer complex matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Assist with Policy and Handbook creation.
  • Partner with Finance and HR management for program improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
