Partner Network Operations Coordinator @ Flex

About the role

Flex’s Partners play a critical role in our ability to acquire new users and provide them with a world class experience. As a corporate support role to the Partner GTM team, you will assist in everything from ongoing improvement of data quality of our Partner Network, as well as Cross-Departmental coordination of Partner Experience from Sales to Product to Analytics and beyond. Your responsibilities will provide the foundational support of our properties, partners and users increased adoption rates by providing operational support and administrative consistency. Ultimately, you will help PN Ops bring the best experience possible to our partners, assisting in turning our partners into Flex ambassadors.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily/weekly/monthly administrative audits to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
Assist PN Ops leadership in creation of content for onboarding materials, implementations enablement
Assist in maximizing systems for efficiency in partner communication
Facilitate the onboarding lifecycle and communicate cross-departmentally to drive efficiency in the onboarding process
Support PN Ops team on systems and CRM-related tasks
Constantly further your knowledge of product offerings across Property Management Systems to evaluate how to best support our partners and innovate new strategies

Experience in Multifamily Housing, Student Housing, PropTech, or FinTech industries a plus

The national pay range for this role is $62,000-$67,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience aligned with Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
